【記者江俊亮嘉義報導】嘉義大學大三學生吳泓陞是一名學習障礙者，在國三時連二十六個英文字母都不會，但他夢想成為一名科學家，最後以特殊選才錄取嘉義大學，在科展獲得佳作，並以自身學習歷程提案關懷學習障礙生，獲第八屆台積電青年築夢計畫。吳泓陞說，其實學習障礙者的智力都是正常的，只要找到適合自己的學習方式，並正視遇到的困難，就不致於妨礙潛能發展，因此在科展取得佳績後，他決定替學習障礙的學子發聲，與嘉義大學三名熱心公益、跨學系的學生組隊，以「I have a dream 學習障礙也可以做科展」提案，向台積電文教基金會申請第八屆「台積電青年築夢計畫」獲獎。
