5大銀行新增房貸創新高 利率續揚

【本報台北訊】適逢年底交屋旺季，加上新青安房貸申貸潮助拳，房市買氣強強滾。中央銀行昨公布，臺灣銀行、土地銀行、合作金庫、第一銀行與華南銀行等5大銀行2023年12月新增房貸989億元、逼近千億元大關，再度刷新歷史新高紀錄。

央行也公布5大銀行上月新增購屋、資本支出、周轉金、消費性等4大類貸款利率，全數站上2%大關，銀行主管坦言，國內過去的超低利環境，短期內恐怕是回不去了。

央行數據顯示，5大銀行新增房貸利率從2.071%升抵2.079%，創4個月高點，並較前1個月上漲0.008個百分點。
