兩段式左轉存廢 地方因地制宜

【記者吳亭頤台北報導】民眾於公共政策網路參與平台提案指出，台灣道路應將畸形車種分流制度改為以車向分流為原則，實踐「左轉靠左，右轉靠右」，更符合用路人直覺的行駛方式，全面廢除內側禁行機車、兩段式轉彎的規則，並提出考照制度內容改革，累計五千八百九十五人附議。

交通部昨天回應，經函詢各直轄市政府交通局，考量路口道路幾何及車流特性差異性，仍應給予地方政府道路主管機關，因地制宜評估規畫機車行駛車道及兩段式左轉管制措施，不宜全面廢除禁行機車及機慢車兩段式左轉規定。
