大專就業學程升級 實習時數提高3倍

【本報台北訊】為協助在校青年順利銜接職場，勞動部推出大專院校就業學程2.0升級版，除了將學程改分為「實務學程模式」及「訓練學程模式」，也將原本一百二十小時的工作崗位訓練時數提高到至少三百六十小時，強化實務經驗。學程期間，勞動部將補助學校、企業經費，學生畢業即就業，企業提前獲得人才，學校則順利媒合學生就業，創造學生、企業、學校三贏。

勞動部勞動力發展署訓練組組長沈文麗指出，大專院校自二○○三年開辦就業學程，迄今已有七十二所學校、一千多家企業加入合作，每年約兩萬名學生選修，就業率約八成。勞動部近期修正就業學程計畫，編列二點四億元，導入業師、工作崗位訓練（On-the-Job-Training）及關鍵就業力課程，並結合首度推動的「大專青年預聘計畫」，透過補助學校辦理學程經費及企業辦訓費用，鼓勵學校及企業加入。
