【本報台北訊】亞太電信未落實用戶身分查核，甚至導致門號被不法利用成投資詐騙，國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）委員會議昨決議，針對亞太電信3案件違反《電信管理法》，合計裁處450萬元，並要求1個月內提出改正報告。NCC委員會議昨指出，亞太電信經營「企業便利簡訊服務」、受理「全方位管理投顧企業社」申辦電信門號及「Starlink Media Co. Ltd.」申辦電信門號等3案件，因未依核准營運計畫落實用戶身分查核，明確違反《電信管理法》規定，分別罰150萬元、250萬元及50萬元。
