4-7月民安演習 台中今先登場

民安演習4月至7月在全台陸續舉行，今天由台中市辦理今年第1場次「民安9號演習」，因應情勢，過往戰時演練占比從50%提升至70%，天然災害課目占比30%，並選定關鍵基礎設施操演。

鄭寶清論文抄襲 限期重修學倫課

中央大學校方昨指出，前民進黨立委鄭寶清博士論文抄襲屬實，但非屬情節重大，將限3個月內重修學術倫理課程，並在論文首頁公開道歉。
