北港藝閣遊行 兒童登閣扮仙

【記者江俊亮雲林報導】國家重要民俗「北港朝天宮迎媽祖」，至今仍保留「藝閣遊行」的傳統民俗，由孩童化妝成古代人物「扮仙」登閣車沿街遊行。北港鎮北辰國小「溫馨家園」的弱勢學童，今年也應邀登閣車「扮仙」，體驗獨特的藝閣文化。

「北港朝天宮迎媽祖」自清代盛行迄今，二○一一年獲指定為國家重要民俗，尤其「藝閣遊行」從古代的人力扛抬，進步到車輛驅動，猶如移動劇場。孩童化妝扮演成古代人物，並在媽祖誕辰前夕遶街遊行，「扮仙」的孩童們，也會提籃沿街撒發糖果、餅乾供信眾「呷平安」。

雲林縣政府表示，「溫馨家園」成立於二○二一年八月底，是雲林縣弱勢學子的溫暖照護環境，期望孩童以正面積極的態度面對人生。
