【本報綜合外電報導】印度二十九歲女子阿姆奇（Jyoti Amge），在二○○九年以身高六十二點八公分，獲得金氏世界紀錄認證為「世界最矮青少年」，並在往後十年間，一直維持全世界「在世最矮女性」的稱號。阿姆奇近日受邀上節目，除了分享身為最矮女性會遇到的事情，也鼓勵大家勇於為夢想實踐行動。阿姆奇出生便罹患「原基性侏儒症」（Primordial dwarfism），是一種導致軟骨發育不全的遺傳病。她的家人透露，她在五歲之前還算是一個中等身材的孩子，且能正常去上學，不過需訂製一張專屬課桌椅給她。之後隨著年紀增長，阿姆奇的身高長至六十二點八公分後便停止生長。直到現在，阿姆奇維持著比一般二歲兒童還要矮小、只到一般成人膝蓋的身高，也因此她在家中使用的盤子、杯子、刀叉，全都得量身訂製，就連所有的衣服也是如此。不過她個性十分樂觀、善良，也因獲得金氏紀錄多項認證，甚至實現成為史上最嬌小演員的夢想。身為世界上最矮女性，阿姆奇多年來時常接到各國電視節目邀請，此外，她曾在二○一二年訪問倫敦時，實現了她童年的另一個夢想，與當時世界最矮、僅五十四點六公分高的尼泊爾男子丹吉（Chandra Bahadur Dangi）見面，據她透露，那是她人生首次站在比自己矮的成年人身邊。阿姆奇日前受邀上義大利節目「Lo Show dei Record」時透露，當她沒有前往海外工作或旅行時，會花時間陪伴家人，和他們一起拍攝日常生活照，並分享到各大社群媒體。同時，阿姆奇表示，「像我這樣的人雖然個子矮小，但也能演戲。 普通人不應該低估任何小人物」鼓勵大家勇於追夢。
