瑞典智庫：陸核武庫存大增

【本報綜合外電報導】瑞典知名外交軍事智庫的研究人員11日表示，隨著地緣政治緊張局勢加劇，去年幾個國家的核武戰力有所增加，尤其是中國大陸。

法新社報導，斯德哥爾摩國際和平研究所（SIPRI）所長史密斯（Dan Smith）指出：「我們正接近或可能已達到全球核武數量長期下降的終點。」

史密斯說：「可供使用的核彈頭庫存數量開始上升。」但這些數字仍遠低於1980年代的7萬多枚；至於增加的部分大多來自中國，中國將其庫存核彈頭數目從350增加到410枚。

根據SIPRI的數據，英國、中國、法國、印度、以色列、北韓、巴基斯坦、俄羅斯和美國這全球9大核武國，核彈頭總數從去年初的1萬2710枚降至今年初的1萬2512枚。

SIPRI表示，總計有9576枚核彈頭，目前處於「具潛在用途的軍事庫存」狀態，比前1年增加86枚。

美俄合計仍擁有近90%的核武。俄羅斯增幅較小，核彈頭從4477增至4489枚。印度、巴基斯坦和北韓也增加庫存。
