停經後再出血 恐罹子宮頸癌

【本報台中訊】一名婦人子宮不規律出血，推測應是更年期症狀，未立即就醫，後因痛到受不了，就醫發現罹患子宮頸癌，醫師建議，婦女應定期做子宮頸抹片檢查，身體有異狀立刻就醫。

婦產科醫師指出，依臨床資料顯示，女性大約在四十五歲到五十二歲間，因荷爾蒙分泌逐漸減少進入更年期，經期開始不規則，他提醒，如果月經時間超過一周或是不到二十一天又來，建議就醫，或是已經停經一年以上，突然出血，一定要就醫檢查，避免出現子宮頸或子宮內膜的病變。

醫師表示，只要有異常出血的徵狀，千萬不能拖，須到醫院做詳細的檢查。
