大學生設計桌遊 教長者營養飲食

【本報高雄訊】義守大學「醫學院」營養學系團隊，去年參加青年社區健康服務全國競賽，將營養相關知識透過所設計的桌遊呈現，讓許多年長者與照顧者獲取不少營養知識，榮獲代謝症候群防治組第三名的佳績，昨天校方特別在營養系的選課會議上頒獎表揚。

如今他們還打算推廣至資訊相對不發達偏鄉，教導當地民眾如何正確飲食，均衡營養。

該團隊以代謝症候群的主題，設計出淺顯易懂的營養教案。另外，營養系還開發一套桌遊「營養I know！」結合生活情境，透過遊戲方式讓長輩輕鬆的認識代謝症候群，桌遊卡牌的插畫繪圖，全是營養系學生一手包辦。藉由卡牌讓長者與照顧者了解除了少油、少鹽、少糖外，選取食材也相當重要。
