四接環評 環團：若強渡關山將提告

【本報台北訊】環保署本周五再舉行基隆第四天然氣接收站環評延續會議，立委呼籲環保署勿從審查單位變成護航單位，環團則批評，環保署企圖以「半黑箱」方式強渡關山，若「有條件通過」，將以圖利罪提告。環保署表示，已釐清四接範疇界定，並開放前次會議登記發言民眾表達意見。

時代力量立委陳椒華、邱顯智與守護外木山行動小組召集人王醒之，以及多個民間團體昨到行政院門口抗議，呼籲停下違法環評、拒絕滅港填海的四接唯一方案。

環保署綜計處長劉宗勇表示，本次會議為延續會議，各界也能以書面方式提供參考，審查全程有線上直播。
