日銀續鴿按兵不動 日圓貶值

【本報綜合外電報導】日本銀行（央行）22日一如市場預期般維持超寬鬆貨幣政策不變，對未來貨幣政策前瞻指引也保持鴿派傾向，表示大規模貨幣刺激政策不急於退場，對期盼看到貨幣政策正常化跡象的投資人當頭潑冷水，日圓兌美元22日盤中一度貶值0.6%。

日銀決議，維持短期利率目標在負0.1%不變，殖利率曲線管控（YCC）政策也完全沒變，即日本10年期公債殖利率目標仍在近零水準，允許上下波動區間為0.5個百分點，硬上限也保持在1.0%。日銀重申，只要有必要，將維持超寬鬆貨幣政策，以穩步實現2%通膨目標。日銀仍重申先前承諾，暗示依然擔心經濟的下行風險。
