今年GDP 中經院大幅下修至1.38%

【本報台北訊】中華經濟研究院昨天更新經濟預測，在國內投資及出口都較預期疲弱情況下，再下修今年經濟成長率到1.38%，較7月1.60%下修0.22個百分點，2024年則為3.03%。

中經院表示，今年經濟模式「內溫外冷」，成長動能主要靠內需；明年則是內溫、外由冷轉溫，內外平衡。中經院長葉俊顯表示，今年出口因AI效應不是很大，明年因各種運用，對台灣外貿會有比較明顯帶動效果。

對於目前經濟前景距離隧道口多遠？葉俊顯形容，「距離隧道口不遠了」，整體往好的方向，「看到光了」。

通膨走勢，中經院表示，由於國際油價震盪及國內天候因素干擾，預估今年CPI年增率約2.24%，較去年2.95%下降0.71個百分點；明年CPI年增率預估值約為1.86%。
