台灣首個燉飯米 花蓮26號很彈牙

【本報台北訊】農業部花蓮區農業改良場歷經7年，以義大利米為母本、台灣米為父本，育成台灣首個燉飯專用米「花蓮26號」，口感彈牙而不硬，春節前餐廳先上菜，消費者年底買得到。

農改場場長楊大吉說，花蓮場10年前就將研發轉型，朝向因應氣候變遷耐高溫、抗病力強及機能性強的品種及技術研發，「花蓮26號」符合台灣人喜愛的口感。

農改場副研究員黃佳興說，「花蓮26號」還可以做義大利炸飯糰、黃金炒飯、披薩、米布丁、日式飯湯等，其中披薩皮融入「花蓮26號」米穀粉，更顯脆中帶Q。

目前上市量有限，年底量產收成後，消費者洽富里農會可以買得到。
