武文賞 當選越南國家主席

【本報綜合外電報導】越南二日選出新國家主席，五十二歲越共中央書記處常務書記武文賞出任。武文賞被視為越共總書記阮富仲人馬，頗有儲君姿態，他的出線或凸顯未來越共舉才將更看重政治忠誠。

越南國會二日召開特別會議，選出越共中央政治局委員、中央書記處常務書記武文賞（Vo Van Thuong）接替前國家主席阮春福今年一月自請辭職退休後的遺缺。這屆國家主席任期是二○二一年至二○二六年。

武文賞一九七○年出生，年僅五十二歲，擁有哲學碩士學位，一九九三年加入越共，目前是越共中央政治局最年輕的成員。外界一般將武文賞歸為現年七十八歲阮富仲的親信。

阮富仲過去被視為越南的親中派，越南先前的官場人事震盪，讓越南的對外政策遭到外界質疑。不過，越共對越南絕對統治的正當性來自經濟，在美中兩大貿易夥伴間保持平衡，對謀發展的越南及尋求穩定統治的越共來說才是最大利益。
