24日萬安演習 淡海輕軌停運30分鐘

新北捷運公司20日表示，為配合萬安46號演習及淡水地區疏散避難演練，淡海輕軌7月24日下午1時30分至2時將首度停止營運半小時，預計影響7列車次。屆時將實施30分鐘的疏散避難演練，並於淡水區實施「車停、人就地疏散」計畫。

北台灣4869戶新成屋待售 衝擊建商

根據財政部公布的房屋稅差別稅率2.0方案（囤房稅 2.0），建商餘屋持有年限2年以內，稅率擬調整為2％～3.6％，超過2年，則稅率區間為2％～4.8％。北台灣公開銷售中的新成屋合計戶數約4869戶，對大型建商影響不小。
