台中靜城專案 取締噪音車2.4萬件

【本報台中訊】台中市今年執行靜城專案取締噪音車，通報2.4萬件；行人正義專案取締車輛路口不停讓達1.6萬件。市長盧秀燕說，警察與環保等單位動員龐大人力，查獲不合格改裝車110輛，但罰款僅23.6萬元，很多人罰不怕，建議中央修法加重罰則。

台中市府啟動「靜城專案」2.0，對改裝車下重手，18日起率全國之先，只要攔查發現排氣管改裝且與環保署規範不符，一律告發開罰，最高處3萬元罰鍰並按次累罰。

台中市環保局長陳宏益說，中市一再建議中央立法，改裝車須從源頭管理，只要管制改車店，可大幅減少不合格的改裝車，警局近2個月攔查233輛，就有110輛、47%不合格。
