【本報綜合外電報導】美國拜登政府10月提出的援外預算追加案，未獲國會批准，白宮4日致函國會示警，援助烏克蘭的預算月底告罄，「剩下的預算和時間都不多了」，盼議員們盡快撥款。白宮補充說，如果國會未能同意提供烏克蘭新的資金，俄羅斯總統普亭恐將贏得俄烏戰爭。

美軍參謀首長聯席會議副主席格雷迪（Christopher Grady）在華府智庫大西洋理事會表示，國防部為以色列、烏克蘭和台灣提供安全援助，國會可以透過補充預算確保這項支持堅定存續。

拜登總統提出高達1060億美元的援外預算追加案，美國擬提供烏克蘭614億、以色列143億、人道援助91.5億、投入台灣和太平洋地區74億，以及136億的邊境資金。
