年終獎金有共識 高鐵暫解罷工危機

【本報台北訊】台灣高鐵日前宣布發放二點三個月年終，引發台灣高鐵企業工會不滿，主張四個月才合理，備妥罷工行動。昨勞資協調會達成初步共識，罷工危機暫擱。會後，工會聲明提及「趨近主張」，待十七日公司董事會通過、十九日二次協調正式簽署，再決定是否啟動罷工；高鐵回應，將向董事會提案為全體同仁爭取歷年最高獎金，預計下周送審。

台灣高鐵過往年終獎金為兩個月，日前宣布今年一月底發放二點三個月年終獎金，另於去年底加發「營運激勵金」每人一點二萬元。此外，今年四月一日起調薪，平均調幅約百分之四點九。

不過，工會主張，依照今年公司營收，年終獎金至少要四個月、實質調薪要百分之四以上，且調薪要依各職種、職等及職務，公平調整。

昨日勞資協調會後，台灣高鐵企業工會表示達成初步共識，現階段避免破壞雙方誠信，尚無法完整透露方案細節。
