【爽 口涼拌】紫玉白菜

紫色蔬果富含花青素,這道涼拌搭配蘋果、香菜、花生、核桃,並蘊藏酸甜果香的葡萄醋。拿個深碗,放入紫玉白菜絲、蘋果絲、豆干絲、花生、核桃碎攪拌,接著放些砂糖,倒入葡萄醋,之後加入香菜末,最後撒些香油混和,即是脆口好吃的涼拌菜;不僅營養,還是餐桌上吸睛的菜肴。



小叮嚀

1.切絲的紫玉白菜,須加適量鹽去青澀,約30分鐘後擠乾水分。

2.白豆干熱水汆燙。脫皮花生和核桃,事先微波1分鐘。

3.料理中加花生,綜合白菜涼性,口感嘗起來更有層次,不加也好吃。
